In the context of significant changes to the 2025 Tax Law, including Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) provisions officially taking effect in 2025, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (VCA), in collaboration with Sorimachi Vietnam Co., Ltd., successfully organized a series of in-depth online training programs. 

Key Focuses: Policy Updates and Technology Practice 

Based on Official Dispatch No. 211/CQLMHTXVN-TMHTQT dated February 27, 2026, the training program focused on two key areas: 

• Policy updates: Analyzing key changes in the 2025 Tax Law, helping cooperatives avoid unnecessary legal errors. 
• Digitalization practice: Providing hands-on guidance on tax finalization using the WACA accounting software—a specialized solution designed to optimize financial management for cooperatives. 

Scale and Outreach 

The training program drew strong interest, with impressive figures: 651 participants representing 564 cooperatives nationwide.

The training sessions were led by expert instructors in the field, offering practical knowledge tailored to the specific characteristics of cooperative models: 

• Northern session (March 10–11, 2026): Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha – Instructor from the Institute for Management of Agriculture and Environment 
• Southern session (March 12–13, 2026): Mr. Luong Quang Minh – Instructor from The Southern Vocational School and Cooperative Management Training.
