        On June 17, 2026, Sorimachi Vietnam and Sorimachi AX Lab (formerly known as Kaikei Bank Vietnam) held a Strategic Direction Announcement Event under the theme “Business Operations in Vietnam – Towards the Next Stage of Growth”, with the participation of all employees from both companies.

        Opening the meeting, Mr. Sorimachi Hideki – Representative Director of Sorimachi Tech Group, delivered a speech from Japan. He looked back on Sorimachi’s journey of establishment and development in Japan with the employees, while sharing that the current stage of development of Sorimachi Vietnam and Sorimachi AX Lab has many similarities with the journey that Sorimachi in Japan experienced in its early years. Drawing on the experience accumulated throughout this process, he expressed his expectation that all employees would work together to gradually build Sorimachi Vietnam into a successful agricultural software development and supply company in Vietnam.

        Continuing the program, the company leadership announced the new organizational direction and business strategy for operations in Vietnam. Accordingly, Sorimachi Vietnam will focus on developing the Vietnam market, while Sorimachi AX Lab will take on the role of software and technology development, leveraging the strengths of each entity to improve operational efficiency.

        With the message “Change is the beginning of a new journey of growth”, all employees will work together to realize the AGRI NEXT strategy – “Accelerate – Breakthrough – Create the Future”, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth and creating new value for Sorimachi’s business operations in Vietnam.
