(Head Office: Otemachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sorimachi Hideki; hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Sorimachi&#8221;) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Minister of Agriculture and Environment of Vietnam on September 4th at the Sixth Vietnam &#8211; Japan high-level agricultural cooperation dialogue, held at the Tokyo Prince Hotel, in the presence of ministers from both countries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sorimachi.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Sorimachi-ky-ket-MOU-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5990\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Memorandum of Understanding signed between Sorimachi and Vietnam\u2019s Ministry of Agriculture and Environment aims to establish a digital platform that supports agricultural cooperatives&#8217; management, production, and product distribution, with the goal of contributing to the sustainable development of the agricultural sectors in both countries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sorimachi.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Sorimachi-ky-ket-MOU-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" class=\"wp-image-5989 aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sorimachi.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Picture1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"656\" height=\"485\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5988 aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After the announcement of the Memorandum of Understanding, a presentation was held regarding efforts by both governments and private companies to build sustainable agricultural and food systems.
