FaceFarm is a software developed to comprehensively support agricultural production activities, especially in recording and optimizing production processes, ensuring transparency in agricultural production. It includes features such as: production planning, production log recording, traceability, production area management, and cost aggregation, etc.

On “Nhat ky san xuat” (FaceFarm), depending on the content of the production log and the conditions for searching, you can view by products, view by unfulfilled tasks, and agricultural work…, the Land – Base will be displayed in different colors, thus evaluating the conditions of the Land – Base that you have and are currently managing. In addition, “Product yield per square meter or hectare” or “Cost”,… can also be clearly represented by different colors, helping you easily manage each Land – Base.
“Nhat ky san xuat” (FaceFarm) helps you plan and record your production activities. By creating a detailed plan before beginning actual production, you can easily share tasks with all workers within your organization. If there are no changes during execution, you can save the original plan as a production log to reuse in future seasons. Plan details can also be entered in various ways, making it easy to create new plans.
“Nhat ky san xuat” (FaceFarm) helps you accurately register information about agricultural chemicals. The chemical data is updated based on the database from the “Thuoc BVTV” (Pesticide Management) software of the Plant Protection Department (PPD). When creating a production plan, you can verify the dosage, usage instructions, and compliance by linking the chemicals you’ve registered in the Product List with the FaceFarm chemical inventory. You can also visualize chemical usage on fields and facilities using color indicators overlaid on Google Maps. Together, let’s move toward the era of smart agriculture.
You can create worker profiles and assign tasks to individuals anytime and anywhere, directly at the worksite, and monitor job progress along with total working hours. With FaceFarm, this process is simple. Since you can track the skill level of each worker, this information is not only valuable for payroll calculations but also for evaluating work performance.
The production log on FaceFarm can be exported to Excel with just one click. We offer various Excel file formats to suit your needs and make your work easier.
One of the biggest strengths of FaceFarm is that all the data you enter is securely stored and can be used as a knowledge base for future seasons or shared with other organizations. Unlike handwritten notes or paper documents, you can easily review the full production history—including attached images and videos—quickly and securely.
“Nhat ky san xuat” (FaceFarm) allows customers to trace the origin of products using QR codes, helping businesses protect their brand, reputation, products, and customers. Each product group has a unique QR code generated before it reaches the market. This eliminates the need for anti-counterfeit labels, saving costs. Once labeled and distributed, customers can scan the QR code using apps like Zalo, Viber, or WeChat to instantly trace the product’s origin.
