On December 9–10, 2025, Sorimachi Vietnam had the honor of welcoming Mr. Sorimachi Hideki, Representative Director of Sorimachi Tech Group together with Mr. Haruno Takeshi, Director of Sales & Marketing at Sorimachi Co., Ltd for business meetings and attendance at the “AI Contest 2025” Award Ceremony. 

Sharing Strategic Directions and Strengthening Collaboration 

During the visit, the executives held direct discussions with Sorimachi Vietnam’s management team and employees to share the company’s overall development direction, review the current market environment, and discuss future strategic initiatives. 

At the meetings, the Representative Director highlighted recent changes in the business environment and new tax policies, emphasizing that these also presented business opportunities for Sorimachi Vietnam. He shared perspectives on adapting to change, considering it a crucial foundation for long-term, stable, and sustainable growth for both the company and its partners. 

During the program, the Japanese management team also shared strategic directions for the next phase of development, focusing on a shift from high-level strategies to practical, locally oriented strategies aligned with the needs of the Vietnamese market. Discussions also covered business development in the agricultural sector, including plans to establish robust data platforms to support governance and sustainable growth. The meetings provided an opportunity to review past achievements, define future directions, and reaffirm the important roles of technology, innovation, and human resources in Sorimachi Vietnam’s development strategy. 

“AI Contest 2025” Award Ceremony 

Following the meetings, the “AI Contest 2025” Award Ceremony was held. This internal initiative aimed to encourage learning, creativity, and the practical application of artificial intelligence (AI) in business operations. The contest received active participation from employees, who proposed numerous practical ideas and solutions that contributed to improving work efficiency, optimizing processes, and supporting the development of Vietnam’s agricultural sector. 

The management highly appreciated employees’ proactive engagement in innovation and expressed their expectation that the ideas generated through the contest would continue to be further researched, developed, and applied in actual business operations. 

Recognition of 10-Year Service Employees 

During the same event, Sorimachi Vietnam also recognized employees who had dedicated 10 years of service to the company. This recognition represented a meaningful expression of gratitude for their long-term contributions, strong sense of responsibility, and enduring partnership with the company. 

The meetings and award ceremonies were conducted in a solemn yet warm atmosphere, reflecting the management’s care and attention toward all employees. The events also contributed to strengthening internal cohesion and enhancing motivation for continued and sustainable growth in the future.
