Sorimachi Vietnam was founded in Ho Chi Minh City under the initial name Sáng Tạo – Nhu Vương, as a joint venture between Sorimachi Corporation (Japan) and Sáng Tạo Corporation (Vietnam).
03/2008
The company was later rebranded to Sorimachi Vietnam Co., Ltd., establishing itself as an offshore development hub for the Japanese market in Vietnam.
09/2012
It became a 100% owned subsidiary of Sorimachi Corporation.
09/2015
Guided by the philosophy of globalization and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Sorimachi Vietnam set up a domestic product development department, focusing on the development and deployment of products under the Sorimachi Tech Group brand in Vietnam.
2018 ~
The company has been actively launching products and services in the agriculture sector, including cooperative accounting software WACA and production tracking software FaceFarm.
09/2020 ~ 06/2021
The project [Basic Survey on Smart Agriculture Applications in Agricultural Cooperatives], focused on the Lam Dong Province, was selected by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).
05/2021
Sorimachi established KaikeiBank Vietnam and positioned Vietnam as the overseas business hub for the Sorimachi Tech Group.
08/2022
Sorimachi Vietnam signed an MOU with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (MAE) and the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (VCA) to promote digital transformation. The collaboration focuses on conducting training and implementing the WACA and FaceFarm systems across 63 provinces and cities nationwide.

To maximize the collective strength of the Sorimachi Tech Group, we continue to strengthen our efforts under the AgriFirst philosophy. We are dedicated to fighting global poverty through agriculture in Vietnam, with plans to gradually expand to ASEAN countries.

Sorimachi Group, in cooperation with MAE, has agreed to provide software support for the One Million Hectare High-Quality, Low-Emission Rice Cultivation Project in the Mekong Delta region.
