Receiving and Screening Applications

After candidates submit their application, we will select those who meet the requirements of the open position to participate in the aptitude test and written exam. Applications that do not meet the requirements will be retained for future opportunities.

There are two formats for the entrance exam: online and written paper-based.

Interview

This is the first official meeting between the candidate and the company. Through this interview, the company gathers information to assess how well the candidate fits the job requirements.
Some key factors the company considers during interviews include: communication skills, ability to work independently or in teams, organizational and planning skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and a review of information in the candidate’s CV: education history, experience, skills, etc. During this interview, candidates may also ask the company questions related to the position. Depending on the candidate and position, there may be more than one interview. Selected candidates will receive a job offer letter within 1 week from the interview date.

Job Offer Letter

Selected candidates will receive a probation offer letter that includes: job position, salary, start date, etc. All subsequent steps will follow the guidance of the direct supervisor and the HR department.

Education: Graduated or about to graduate from a university related to IT fields.
Age: Under 30 years old.

• Knowledge of Borland C++ (Embarcadero), VC++, SQL Server

②Web Programming (ASP.NET)
• Knowledge of C#, MVC, CSS, JS, Jquery, SQL Server

③Web Programming (PHP)
• Knowledge of PHP, CSS, JS, Jquery, MySQL

※Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Smart Phone Applications.
